Find out why the flipped classroom shaking up the world of education, and how it can transform your courses. Educause describes the flipped classroom as a model "in which the typical lecture and homework elements of a course are reversed."

Instructors who attend this workshop will learn how to bring the flipped classroom to their classroom. They will learn how to structure a flipped course, move lecture outside of the classroom, and fill class time with active learning. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to plan for a basic flipped classroom experience for their students.
