After-Hours Emergency Service

Emergency support services should only be utilized to report significant IT issues that occur outside of regular Service Desk hours (7am – 11pm/7 Days a week).

Examples include:

  • Outages affecting entire departments
  • Outages affecting services that are critical to the mission of UW Colleges and UW-Extension
  • Security breaches, system abuse, or other criminal activity
